When can I get my order?

Usually orders take up to 7 days, the products ger customized and 3D printed just for you, great things take time

What is the material of the products?

We use premium PLA+ filament for all our 3D prints. PLA+ is a plant-based bioplastic derived from renewable resources like corn or sugarcane. It is BPA-free, non-toxic, and produces no harmful fumes during printing – making it a safer, more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastics.

Can you print my custom design?

Currently we do not produce custom design, except for quantities of 100+ piece, but we are always open for collaboration, if you are a Designer, and interested to showcase your products at WandDo Shop, do not hesitate to send us on our Social Media channels

Can I open the package before I receive the order?

Please do not open the original packaging if you plan to request a return or exchange (for non-custom items). However, for custom 3D-printed gifts, you must open the package to inspect the product. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately — we will replace it at no cost.
